1. Seller Information
All products are sold by Michelle Fallmann, a private individual. This is not a business sale.

2. Orders
By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Orders are subject to availability. I reserve the right to cancel an order in case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., item out of stock).

3. Payment
All payments are processed via PayPal. Payment must be completed before the order is shipped.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, customs, or postal service delays.

5. Returns & Refunds
Please see my Returns & Refunds Policy.
As a private seller, I cannot accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect size.
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact me within 14 days and I will do my best to resolve the issue.

6. Liability
I am not responsible for delays, lost items, or damages caused by the shipping carrier.
Once the item is handed over to the carrier, the risk passes to the buyer.

7. Privacy
Your personal information (name, shipping address, email) is used only to fulfill orders and communicate about your purchase.
I do not sell or share your information with third parties.

8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. By placing an order, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Germany.
