Returns and refunds

Please note that I am selling as a private individual, not as a business.
Therefore, I cannot offer returns, exchanges, or a right of withdrawal for reasons such as wrong size, change of mind, or general dissatisfaction.

However, I want every order to arrive safely and in good condition.
If your item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong product, please contact me within 14 days of delivery.
I will do my best to find a fair solution (such as a replacement, partial refund, or another agreement).

In short:

• No returns or refunds for incorrect size or change of mind
• No general right of withdrawal (private sale)
• If an item is damaged or incorrect, I will gladly help resolve the issue
