Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after payment is received.
Please note that weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs depend on your location and the number of items purchased:

Germany: €3.50 for the first item, +€1.00 for each additional item
Europe: calculated at checkout depending on country
International: calculated at checkout depending on country

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout.

Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times vary by destination:

Germany: 2–5 business days
Europe: 5–10 business days
International: 10–20 business days

These are estimates; delays may occur due to customs, postal service issues, or high seasonal demand.

Lost or Damaged Items
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact me within 14 days of delivery.

Note: I ship from Germany, and I am a private seller, so international customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
